Open Position:
Seasonal Outdoor Garden Center Associate

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our outdoor team at our native plant garden center. This hands-on, physically demanding role focuses on outdoor tasks at the garden center. 

Responsibilities include daily watering and plant care, maintaining healthy native perennials, shrubs, and trees, unloading and organizing plant shipments, restocking and rotating inventory, and keeping outdoor displays clean and well-maintained. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions.

An interest in native plants, ecology, or sustainable landscaping is a plus. Previous garden center or horticulture experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn about native species and their role in supporting local wildlife is just as important. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.
